"Music was way too loud"
The music was just too loud, honestly. I could barely focus on anything else, and the sound quality wasn’t great either... it kind of made the whole experience feel off.

"We went to the show hoping for a..."
We went to the show hoping for a fun time, but the venue was gross. The floors were sticky, there was trash under the seats, and the bathrooms were a mess and smelled awful. My kids didn’t even want to use them, which says a lot. The show itself might have been fine, but it was hard to enjoy anything when the place felt that dirty. Really disappointing, and I don’t think we’d go back.

"Buying tickets online was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I tried buying tickets online it was such a headache. The page kept freezing, and my cart emptied twice, which made me worry I was either going to lose the tickets or get charged somehow. When the order finally seemed to go through, I didn’t get a clear confirmation email, so I had to contact support just to make sure everything was actually okay. I really just wanted some reassurance that my purchase was confirmed. For something that should be quick and simple, it ended up being really stressful. I probably wouldn’t use the site again unless they fix the process.

"The lighting really bothered me"
I mostly went because I thought the circus-style vibe would be fun, but the lighting kind of ruined it for me. Maybe it depended on where we were sitting, I’m not totally sure, but there was way too much flashing and then random dark moments where I could barely see what was happening. It felt a bit cheap overall and gave me a headache. Just wasn’t a great show for us.

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I tried to cancel my booking and get a refund, but I’m still waiting. Customer support has been slow to respond, and the replies I did get weren’t very clear. The whole thing has been stressful, it left me feeling disappointed and unlikely to book again...
"Pretty disappointing overall"
I was a little let down by the show. A lot of the acts felt rushed, like they were just trying to get through them, and I found myself kind of zoning out halfway through. I even caught myself checking the time and picking at the caramel popcorn stuck in my teeth, which probably says enough. It wasn’t terrible, just not very exciting.

Check-in took way longer than it should have. We were standing around waiting forever, and when someone finally helped us, it still felt like they were barely paying attention. The most frustrating part was that nobody seemed to take ownership of the situation, everyone just kind of passed it off like it was someone else’s problem.

My kids didn’t really get into it. After maybe 20 or 30 minutes, they were already bored and asking to go, so we ended up leaving early.

"Concession prices were way too much"
I went to Garden Bros Circus and the show itself was alright, nothing amazing but entertaining enough. But the concession prices got under my skin. Drinks, popcorn, snacks, all of it felt way more expensive than it needed to be, especially after already paying for tickets.
I expect event food to cost a little extra, but this felt like they were just trying to squeeze every dollar out of us. The kids kept asking for things and it added up really fast. Then suddenly I was just over it. What was supposed to be a fun outing ended with me feeling ripped off

"Mixed feelings about supporting this"
I went back and forth on this. On one hand, I liked the idea of it and part of me wanted to support it, but after reading more about the animal welfare concerns, I just didn’t feel totally comfortable. Maybe things are better than they sound, but I wish they were a lot more upfront about how the animals are actually treated.

"Not much variety, honestly..."
I went in expecting a good mix of different acts, but it ended up feeling like the same kind of thing over and over... There really wasn’t much variety, and it started getting boring quickly. The kids were getting restless too, which didn’t help. For the price, I thought there would be a lot more to watch.
"Felt ignored when I needed help"
I was already stressed about an issue with my Garden Bros Circus tickets, and trying to get help just made my mood worse. I sent emails, waited for days, and it felt like I was talking into the void.
When someone finally did respond, the reply was so short and didn’t actually solve anything. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but it left me feeling brushed off and frustrated with the whole experience.

"Honestly, the stunts just didn’t really land for me"
I don’t know, I was expecting the stunts to be more exciting, but they ended up feeling kind of boring. The acrobats kept slipping here and there, and it made me a little nervous watching it. Like, instead of being impressed, I kept thinking, wait… is this safe?

We took the kids here and it just didnt feel very family friendly. It was super loud, kinda messy, and we couldnt really relax at all. By the time we left, everyone was annoyed. Def not something I’d plan again for a family night.

Maybe I caught it at a bad time, but the crowd situation felt really messy. Everyone was packed in so tightly, and I couldn’t really tell if any staff had a plan or were prepared to manage it. I kept wondering if I was overreacting, but it didn’t feel very safe or organized.

"Show Started Way Too Late"
We got there right on time, but the show ended up starting really late. There weren’t any clear updates either, so we were just sitting around wondering what was going on. The kids got tired, started getting cranky, asking when it would start, needing snacks, wanting to leave, all of that. It felt really disorganized, like no one knew if it was a short delay, a long delay, a tech issue, or what. Between the waiting, the confusion, the tired kids, and the whole hassle of getting there in the first place, it just wasn’t worth it for us.

"Got confused by the extra fees at checkout"
The price seemed fine at first, so I started the order, but then a bunch of extra fees showed up at checkout and I was confused. It made the total way higher than I expected. Felt kind of sneaky and annoyed me enough that I just stopped the order. I don’t really like surprises like that.
